as we begin the countdown to our two year anniversary we decided to take it back to the beginning.
we started as a thai - chinese noodle and congee shop in canada called “congee boy”. it inspired us to create nothing sacred. we tried out flavors, ideas & dishes, and we fell even deeper in love with the flavors of thailand. @slowkat was one of our first bangkok friends, she ate at NS when it was 6 seats in our apartment. she’s one of the visionaries behind @tableofhands  , a dessert master, and one cool 🐱. to celebrate our future we want to start by honoring where it all began….
